A new boiler is only as good as the way it’s fitted. We size the boiler to the house and the hot water you actually use, not to a brochure, and we put the same care into the pipework underneath as the boiler itself. The photos on this page are our own: straight runs, clipped properly, with filters and isolation valves where an engineer can reach them.
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
Which boiler suits your home?
Combi boiler
Heats water on demand with no cylinder or loft tanks. Ideal for flats and homes with one bathroom, and it frees up the airing cupboard.
System boiler
Works with an unvented cylinder to give mains-pressure hot water to several bathrooms at once. Best for bigger family homes.
Regular boiler
For older homes with tanks in the loft, where the existing system is staying.
Two boilers
Larger properties and plant rooms sometimes need two boilers working together, like the install pictured above.

Questions about boiler installation
Which boiler brands do you fit?
Mostly Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Baxi, which is what you’ll see in our photographs. We’ll recommend a model to suit your house rather than whatever is in the van.
How long does a new boiler take to fit?
A like-for-like combi swap is usually one day. Moving the boiler, converting from a regular system to a combi or adding a cylinder takes two to three days.
Do I need a powerflush?
Not always. If the radiators heat evenly and the water runs clear, a chemical clean and a filter is often enough. If there’s heavy sludge, a powerflush protects the new boiler and its warranty.
Can you move my boiler to the loft?
Usually, yes. It needs a safe access, a boarded area, lighting and a suitable flue and condensate route. We’ll check all of those at the survey.
